Professional Business Valuers is an Australian CPA practice which provides a wide range of business valuation services to Australian companies and startups since 2016. Our business valuation reports are prepared by qualified Australian CPA accountants in compliance with professional and ethical standards established by the Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards Board (APESB). These includes APES 225 Valuation Services, GN 20 Scope and Extent of Work for Valuation Services and GN 21 Valuation Services for Financial Reporting.

Our business valuations for Australian businesses comply with accounting standards issued by the Australian Accounting Standard Board (AASB). These include AASB 2 Share-based Payment, AASB 3 Business Combinations, AASB 13 Fair Value Measurement and AASB 136 Impairment of Assets.

Business valuation reports we prepare for global businesses comply with the International Valuation Standards (IVS) issued by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). In particular cases, we also address the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) published by The Appraisal Foundation (TAF), US; and Statement on Standards for Valuation Services (SSVS) No. 1 published by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
